Where are you guys located and how long does it take for my products to arrive?
We’re based in San Antonio, TX. Shipping times vary greatly based upon what you order, where you are located and the level of shipping you choose. In most cases we can get your order to you in 5 to 7 business days or less.
What claims do you make about your CBD products?
We make ZERO claims about our CBD products beyond cosmetic or enhancement of the appearance the hair or skin. You are free to do your own research on the purported benefits of CBD but those claims are not ours. All of our products, including the CBD products are for topical use only. DO NOT INGEST OUR PRODUCTS FOR ANY REASON.
Will the use of your CBD products cause me to fail a drug test?
While it is highly unlikely, it is possible. We use Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract CBD which may contain microscopic traces of THC. DO NOT USE OUR CBD PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT FAILING A DRUG TEST. Any use is at your own risk and we assume no liability of any kind for your use of any of our CBD products.
I am super sensitive, and I’m concerned I may have a reaction to your products.
As with anything new, if you have any sort of adverse reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately.
Your products look awesome, do you have samples you can send me?
Unfortunately, we do not. While we might add samples in the future, your best bet to try our products is to visit one of your local shops that carry Outlaws & Gents.
Some of your products say they are “Lightly Scented” and I’ve noticed the “scent” seems to fade off as the day goes on. What’s up with that?
Simply put, Lightly Scented is 100% intentional. Our products are NOT designed to be your cologne nor the dominant scent on your person. Also, the scent doesn’t really fade as the day goes on, you just become accustomed to it.
Are your products 100% natural?
Our Pomade and Hair Cream are NOT All Natural. Fragrance oils are used in our Beard and Body Butters and while the scents are generally derived from 100% all natural sources, some do not consider the process by which the scents are created to render a 100% all natural fragrance.
I own a hair salon/barbershop. Can I carry Outlaws & Gents products in my salon/shop?
You can fill out our Wholesale Request form and send it over. We currently limit the sales of Outlaws & Gents products to higher-end salons and barbershops that can move a large volume of products and properly represent the brand. If you are approved, you will be required to carry the entire suite of Outlaws & Gents grooming products.

Do bear products help with hair growth?
While we cannot claim our products promote hair growth, we can say we have chosen ingredients that treat the skin, which may promote hair growth due to helping skin issues that may slow hair growth such as dry skin, ingrown hairs, and clogged pores. There is also some evidence that suggests CBD can promote hair growth by stimulating the skin and follicles, however, further research is needed.
Is it better on wet or dry hair?
Our pomades are recommended to use on damp hair, and our pastes on dry hair for the best results.
Do the beard products dry, or leave a dry feeling?
While the beard may feel dry after some time after applying the oil, rest assured, your actual beard itself will be healthy and moisturized, as will the skin underneath. The oils naturally absorb into your hair and skin. The butters and balms will leave your beard feeling moist longer, if that is something that is desired. All products will have similar benefits to the hair and skin, but will provide varying levels of hold, sheen, and moisture to the touch.
Do the products feel sticky?
Products such as pomade and hair cream may feel a bit tacky at first, but once the product is properly integrated and styled, that tackiness will dissipate. You can add a bit more tackiness by reactivating the product with water, but the product it self doesn’t stay wet.
Do I need to reapply it throughout the day?
Our products are designed to last throughout your normal day, but of course this will depend on your activities. You can reactivate the product with water or reapply a small amount after a period of heavy sweating or vigorous activity. If you are planning to have a long day, or go from office to event, there is nothing wrong with applying a bit extra, just to make sure things are kept in place and maintain a high level of moisture, but that is up to the individual if they feel necessary.
My product is to firm, how can I work with it easier?
Aside from our oils, our products are designed to have a bit of body and texture to them. Temperature may have an affect on the level of firmness noticed while in the container. For a more workable product, you can place the container in a slightly warmer environment for a short period to soften it, or simply work the product into your palms a bit more to allow it to soften. In the case of the product getting very cold and firm, something like a hair dryer used around the edges of the container for just a few seconds may help to soften the product to a workable consistency (we do not recommend more than a few seconds at a time, as you do not want the product to actually melt). We do not recommend heating the product using appliances such as a microwave.
